Join us for Family Yoga on the Lawn on Saturday, May 4th from 10a with MVP Teacher & Children’s Yoga Specialist Erin Givarz! Bring your child(ren) to sing, move, and play in this outdoor 30 minute family yoga class. We will combine yoga poses with engaging songs, breath, & relaxation. This class is most appropriate for ages 1-8 but younger/older siblings are welcome. Bring a blanket or yoga mat for practice!
