Preschool Yoga
Using a playful and creative approach that utilizes storytelling & music, we provide yoga sessions to preschool/daycare students ages 3mos - 6 years. Interested for your preschool?
Family Yoga
Taught at parks, yoga studios, and private events, this 30-min family yoga class will combine yoga poses with engaging songs, breath & mindfulness.
Our Yoga Sessions Focus On:
Breath Awareness: reduce stress, promote regulation, & increase focus
Yoga Poses: increase coordination, body awareness, strength & flexibility
Social Emotional Learning: increase feeling vocabulary, coping skills, & emotional intelligence
Meditation/Mindfulness: enhance concentration, techniques to arrive in the present
